In the midst of the rapid changes of technologies and the market, how a business can attain and increase its competitiveness. This includes discussions on efficient management techniques and some related anecdotes of successes. In the latter part of the semester, social media marketing strategies using some social network services such as Facebook and Twitter will be discessed.
