This course aims to improve the participant’s knowledge in communicating in a global world.
This covers effective communication techniques to enable the participants to present confidently and professionally.
This course provides insights on how to enhance their understanding about culture and how it affects global communication, the rules of oral and written communication, netiquette and business communications.
