The headteacher of a rural enterprise school is starting on a journey of continuous improvement, but is struggling to spend more time on planning for the future and less on day-to-day routine. Paul Elliot, head of Brockworth Enterprise School, is desperate to un-clog his working life to help him be more strategic.
