The thesis studio is a yearlong workshop that provides a forum for fourth year students to formulate thesis research and design development through writing, directed readings, critiques and weekly design exercises.
In this course, students work closely with the instructor, who oversees and troubleshoots their projects in a weekly discussion group, where they share their work with peers in a critique context. The thesis seminar is also the setting for a formal presentation of projects at the end of the year.
